Caribbean
The Caribbean Islands are located between South and North America, from the Orinoco estuary to the peninsulas of Florida and Yucatán. They consist of several groups of large and small islands.
All the Antilles rise significantly above sea level. The highest mountains are located in the western part of Haiti, the eastern part of Cuba, and the northern part of Jamaica. The numerous bays of the islands are convenient harbors. Cuba, the Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas are covered with palm trees and are surrounded by huge coral reefs that rise to the surface of the sea. Many of them have traces of volcanic origin.
The reasons for the popularity of the Caribbean in the tourist market are undeniable and obvious: all year round warm sea, amazingly beautiful nature, a large selection of hotels, and a whole bunch of entertainment: water and land sports, nightclubs, discos, restaurants, interesting excursions.
