One of the most interesting museums in Vitoria is the Museu de Arte do Espírito Santo Dionísio del Santo. There are the best examples of art by artists from the state of Espiritu Santo. It`s a must-see for everyone who cares about aesthetic pleasure. The museum is located in the center of Vitoria in a historic building. It was built in 1925 by the Czech architect Joseph Pitilik, surprisingly. At first, there were public services, as well as the editorial office of the state official newspaper. The museum was opened there on December 18, 1998. By the way, this building is included in the List of World Heritage Sites in Brazil. Museu de Arte do Espírito Santo Dionísio del Santo also hosts educational events for students. In particular, colloquiums were held there among students of art universities. The meetings were held as part of a postgraduate education project in the field of art.
