Someone comes out of the cabin into open space, while someone has not left the cave yet. On the outskirts of Tulsa, there is a small cozy house and a nice old woman with a cane. It would not be so much interesting if not the shape of the house. With plastered walls, a labyrinth of rooms, and jagged, stalactite-like bulges coming out of the walls and ceilings. So, the house resembles a cave. But its inhabitants do not make bonfires and do not sleep on the pelt. They do stranger things following their habitat. They collect rags, keys, sticks, and bones ...

An unusual building was erected in the 1920s. Firstly, it was used as a restaurant. Local people met here to try a signature chicken in the sauce.

But meat lovers were not the only ones who visited this place. According to local legend, there were tunnels in this strange building. They were leading to a secret room, turning into a club at night. Habitues were coming through secret passages by small companies, grabbing a bottle of brandy with them. They were having fun hiding from the policemen combing the area. However, there is no real evidence for the existence of tunnels or secret rooms.

After the restaurant was closed, the “cave” turned to be home. It had many owners over the past hundred years. But all of them left their mark. People tell terrible stories about one of its residents. One woman was collecting rags and hanging them all over the house. No one knows, what was she doing.  But many people are assured that her ghost lives in the “cave” and is watching all the rags to be dry.

The current owner of the house does not live here. However, the woman got her nickname. Locals call her “lady with a stick”. The house has a lot of twiggy items. The main one is a bird's nest made of branches. Visit it, and an owner leads you through rooms full of sticks and bones, fancy antique furniture. He also can tell you stories about the legendary past of the house.
