Elbow Beach

Bermuda has various beaches, each of them is unique. But they have a lot in common: ocean, soft sand, and a great mood to spend the day with pleasure.

Elbow Beach is located in Paget. It is one of the main beaches in this area. Elbow has a very unusual shape. Most of the beaches are elongated along the ocean, while this beach looks like an elbow. Here is pink and incredibly soft sand. Probably, for these features, people consider it one of the best beaches in Bermuda.

The beach is located within the city, so next to it, there are several big hotels. It is rather populous here. Not only tourists but also locals love this public beach. But anyway, you can take a comfortable rest despite all the people around you. There is all the necessary infrastructure, locker rooms, showers, enough space for walking and swimming. It is hard to reach tranquility and unity with nature, but you can have fun. In the evening, locals come here for a walk or badminton competition. They are always glad to see tourists joining them. 

Another feature of Elbow Beach is the proximity of coral reefs. They form a kind of barrier against an ocean breeze. So, water is always quite calm and suitable for diving. Right on the shore, you can rent equipment and take some lessons to completely enjoy the beauty of the underwater world. Many tourists believe that Elbow Beach is one of the best places for diving. And if you are not ready to do it, you can watch the fish in beautiful aquariums located next to the ocean.
