Bermuda is a site of various natural attractions. One of them is Crystal Cave. It is a fabulous place, fascinating you after you get here. The cave is located near the capital of Bermuda - Hamilton.

The Cave of Crystals differs from other caves by its large number of deep clean lakes. The water is so clear that you can see the bottom with all its undulations. There is one lake, Kahou, which you can cross by the pontoon bridge. It is amazing, it looks like visitors soar above the water.

Surprisingly, all lakes are connected with the ocean through groundwater: a piece of it underground, what can be better?

Stalactites and stalagmites make a weird voluminous pattern in caves. You would admire them non-stop. The sun entering the caves paints them in unusual colors. It is hard to believe that all it exists on planet Earth because it is so unusual.

All this beauty is located in a relatively small area, about 500 meters. The depth of the cave is 62 meters. So, Crystal Cave does not impress by its size. But look inside, it is more precious. You do not need to go from one beautiful place to another, everything is concentrated here.

In the 2000s, people reconstructed Crystal Cave and modernized artificial lighting. That time, they discovered another cave, a bit lower than the known one. The first "official" tourist visiting Crystal Cave was the famous writer Mark Twain. He did it in 1908. Look like he described what he saw: white sugar of various shapes hangs from the walls and rises underfoot. His visit to the cave made it very popular among people coming to rest in Bermuda.
