The Sea Garden was created in the 19th century by a Czech architect. The territory covers 80 hectares of land.
This is a wonderful place where you can relax from the city bustle, take a walk with your children or just meet your friends. A special section for children will delight young visitors with an abundance of entertainment. The Sea Garden attracts tourists with its long alleys, a wide variety of types of trees and shrubs, colorful fragrant flowers and numerous monuments. The park contains museums, an observatory, a dolphinarium, a zoo, a terrarium, water slides, fountains, and of course, a wonderful well-groomed beach.
The local astronomical complex was opened in 1968. It is the oldest one in Bulgaria. There are annual astronomical conferences for young people. The museum has a huge collection of historical values. Among them, there is an old lighthouse that once shone on ships in the port of Varna.
To cool down a little, you can go for a boat ride in the pond. And along the alleys are miniature cafes with ice cream. It can take a whole day to walk around the park and try all the attractions in it. If you are hungry, you can go to cozy restaurants and cafes and taste local dishes there.
The park is located on the coast, near the center of Varna.
