Everyone who comes for a vacation to the city of Da Nang strives to see the Marble Mountains, which are located nearby. This is one of the most popular attractions in central Vietnam. For many years it has impressed tourists from all over the world.

The Marble Mountains are a natural complex, consisting of five big cliffs, which are located on the territory of Hoa Hai resort. Mountains differ in forms and sizes. However, there is a unique feature, which does not only unite them but also attract the attention of numerous tourists. The Marble Mountains are not just a complex of cliffs but a group of pagodas and cave temples. Can you stay indifferent, while walking across the mountain peaks and discovering the most astonishing shrines of this amazing country?

One of the most interesting temples of the Marble Mountains is located in Hoa Nghiem Cave. To see it, you will have to climb the biggest Thuy Son mountain. By the way, it is the only one of the five hills, which is open for the public.

You have two ways: either to go in a cabin of a glass lift and get to the peak quickly or to pass several tens of steps and prolong the pleasure of seeing the views of the nearby cliffs with greenery and a blue ocean. If you get tired after climbing, then take a breath in a specially equipped recreation area or on one of two viewing platforms.

To get to Hoa Nghiem Cave you need to get around the central pagoda of Tam Thai, turn left and go straight till you see the entrance to the temple. Inside, the shrine is lightened with sun rays, which seep through numerous cracks and give the cliff temple a truly magical appearance.

The main attraction of the cave is a statue of deity Guanyin – patroness of women and childbirth. In this place, there are always lots of fruits, flowers and incenses brought by locals.

Other, less popular but equally important deities asked for fertility, health and well-being stand nearby.
