The true pride of modern Thai architecture and one of the main attractions of Bangkok stands right in the heart of the capital. With a height of 309 meters and an area of about 180 thousand square meters, the famous Baiyoke Sky Tower includes multi-level parking, spas, branded shops, cafes, restaurants, and also the tallest hotel in Thailand, the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The greatest treasure of the Thai skyscraper is observation decks: the closed one is on the 74th floor, and the open rotating platform is on the 85th floor. You can get there in a second by seven superfast panoramic lifts. A height of over 250 meters offers a fantastic view of Bangkok, especially at night, when the city lights up like a clear starry sky. Erected in 1997, one of the tallest buildings in the world has become a popular tourist site and symbol of Bangkok.

It became internationally known not on;y due to the unique architecture but also the world record in base jumping (extreme altitude jumps) set by Norwegian parachutists. Jumping from the 81st floor in 2002, extreme athletes landed on the rooftop of the nearby Indra Hotel and turned the skyscraper into a star location of all social nets.

Most of the floors are owned by the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. Its rooms occupy floors from the 22nd to 74th and are divided into three zones. The most affordable Standard Zone is located up to the 45th floor. Then there are more expensive Sky Zone rooms, and from the 64th to 75th floors, there are luxurious penthouses of Space Zone. The famous «celestials» stay here: musicians and film stars, athletes and politicians, successful businessmen and other honored guests of the capital. Just imagine what a fascinating view opens up from the skyscraper window. The whole world seems to be spread before the eyes. The planet is at your feet.
