About the Opportunity

7toucans is seeking an energetic Landmarks Detective to join our growing remote Sales Team. This position will report to the Director, Business Development Representatives and be located in your remote home office.

The individual we seek will have a positive attitude and sense of responsibility, who likes to jump in and drive 7 toucans’ sales and business development efforts for our new technology – commercial tourist sights and landmarks, integrated in the 7toucans travel social network.

This platform is the most exciting product developed for 7toucans travel social network has developed and will become one of the most strategic technology platforms for travellers search of interesting places to visit during long or short travel trip in the future.

Landmarks Detective is responsible for finding local businesses in their region that would be interesting for travelers to visit like landmarks, attracting them to the 7toucans travel social network, and selling advertising space for a lifetime publication of commercial articles about that local business as a tourist attraction.

This position entails heavy outbound calling, use of e-mail, and other methods of communication and outreach in order to target and qualify potential clients.

The primary focus will be to leverage existing and establish strong new business relationships and drive exponential growth within the enterprise sales.

As the first line of contact, you need to understand the business needs of our potential customers, be able to think on your feet, and possess the commitment to become a 7toucans product expert.

Qualified applicants will possess the key skills necessary to ensure sale strategy. Our successful salespeople have an entrepreneurial spirit while acting in an ethical and transparent manner.

Landmarks Detective Responsibilities

  • Search for interesting commercial companies that would be interesting for tourists to visit in the assigned area
  • Explain to the owners of commercial companies the benefits of working with 7toucans
  • Selling them advertising space for a lifetime publication of commercial articles about that local business as a tourist attraction
  • Perform presale activities to develop a high-quality lead funnel and maximize these efforts to meet or exceed quotas for calls and qualified meetings
  • Acquire and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of 7toucans technology in order to be a reliable customer resource
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients
